Retreats sell fast

The developers of a resort hotel on Lake Osoyoos report most of the suites were bought on the first day of selling. The sale of about 120 of the 153 suites in the Watermark Beach Resort generated $52 million for Osoyoos Shoreline Development Ltd., headquartered in Vancouver and owned by four partners.
