Manteo Waterfront Resort Buys Lakeshore Inn
Trend setting Mission District soon to be a vibrant resort Mecca
Aug. 3, 2007, Kelowna B.C. – The Manteo Waterfront Resort, Okanagan’s finest waterfront resort and hotel, announced today that it has purchased the Lakeshore Inn. The Lakeshore Inn is the adjoining property, north of Manteo, next to Rotary Beach Park. The 46 room Inn, including lakeside pool and spa, was sold to the Rykon Group, owners of Manteo, by a Vancouver real estate investment company. Terms of the sale were not released. -more-
