Comox Bay Marina and Residence Backgrounder Fairmont Hot Springs is an international four season resort destination located in BC’s Columbia Valley famous for its natural beauty, natural mineral hot springs, and limitless recreational activities. Blessed with stunning views and the largest therapeutic mineral hot springs in Canada, the revitalized Fairmont Hot Springs Resort will feature a vibrant, village core with outdoor event plaza, and walking trails linking the entire community. Currently, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is preparing the Master Plan for the 2,600 acre resort. The Master Plan will include an expansion of the natural hot springs, enhanced spa and wellness centre with newly designed hot springs pools, and a new resort/retail village with hotel condominiums. The new village centre will feature expanded dining and shopping and commercial space. The resort development team is also evaluating enhancement options for the existing golf courses. The new master plan will provide details on completion of new single family homesites, townhomes, condos and hotel rooms and the quantities available. This will be the first time in over ten years, that Fairmont Hot Springs is launching a new neighbourhood of home sites of this calibre. The home sites offer panoramic views of the whole Columbia Valley.
