Vancouver Island resort launches $200-million green condominium/hotel By Peter Blais VANCOUVER ISLAND, B.C., Canada - Developer Marine Drive Properties Ltd. has launched construction of 175 hotel/condominium suites at its Wyndansea Oceanfront Golf Resort featuring an oceanfront Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course located in the community of Long Beach, where the Pacific Rim National Park dominates the majority of oceanfront land.
