Watermark Beach Resort Osoyoos project comes

along nicely

Construction is underway on the second level of the underground parking for the Watermark Beach Resort Osoyoos, which is scheduled for completion in Spring 2009. The suspended slab concrete floors for the building are being constructed by Greyback Construction Ltd. of Penticton. This is the first underground parking lot to be constructed in town. Watermark is situated on a 0.3 hectare beachfront lot in downtown Osoyoos and is designed to be a four-story resort with a 200-person conference centre, 123 condominium units and 30 residences. The general contractor for the project is Darwin Construction Ltd.
