•    InVue is an iconic, 14-story luxury condominium in Kelowna in the centre of the Okanagan Valley.

•    Kelowna is waterfront city with a population of approximately 106,000 and one of the warmest climates in Canada.

•    The luxury condominium offers both upscale residential units and commercial retail space. It is designed as a place where one can work, live and play all under one roof.

•    InVue is located on Springfield Avenue west of Cooper Road (the site of the former Elks Lodge), close to Mission Creek Greenway with shopping, abundant restaurants and nearby  grocery store, mall and banking.

•    InVue is targeted to urban professionals aged 30’s to mid-50s with $100 K income and/or those wishing to transition into a resort lifestyle without foregoing urban conveniences.

•    There are two guest suites, as well as boardroom and conference facilities for the use of residents.

•    Building size is 130,000 square feet with 92 residential units on the third to14th floors.
