Locations West Investment Group (LWI) is comprised of local developers with strong ties to the Okanagan Valley. Based in Penticton, British Columbia, LWI is a privately owned and operated development company incorporated in 1971. The company offers a diverse development portfolio, including: residential subdivisions, office and industrial buildings, retail centres, condominiums, hotel and recreational properties.
Locations West Investment Group’s flagship recreational property is the Ramada Inn and Suites in Penticton, British Columbia. Formerly a 49 room motel, it has been transformed into a 125 room luxury resort property. An expansion and re-development plan for the Travelodge in Penticton to a 177-room luxury resort is being planned.

Robin Agur and Janice Agur are principals of Locations West Investment Group. The Agurs are a fifth generation family in the Okanagan Valley, with deep roots in the community. Martin Lewis, raised in the Okanagan, is a Certified Journeyman Chef. His specialty is in planning, administrating, and organizing the complexities of luxury resort services. He is knowledgeable and dedicated to the indigenous culinary use, and promotion of the Valley’s bounty of produce and wines. As Food and Beverage Director, Martin raises the bar in hospitality services to levels that have achieved national and worldwide recognition.
Locations West Investment Group is currently involved with several community projects including the Agur Lake Camp for Special Needs Children and a perpetual fund with the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan that provides scholarships to students attending Okanagan College.
